Express Regalo delivers nationwide from Mondays to Saturdays. Our regular delivery hours are from 11:00AM to 5:00PM. This may sometimes extend to 7:00PM onwards depending on the number of deliveries for the day. We cannot accommodate time-specific deliveries as our courier uses the most optimal route to assure that all deliveries are fulfilled within the day.

We take every precaution to make sure that your order arrives on the date specified. To avoid delays, please place your order at least 5-days in advance.

It is our priority to deliver your order on time. In case certain items unexpectedly become unavailable, Express Regalo will replace them with items of equal or greater value.

Each package is safely arranged in a handmade Bacbac tray and wrapped in non-woven fabric. The tightly sealed basket will then be shipped in a sturdy shipping box to get your gift safely to its destination.
